Allan Dowiak is an accomplished human resources executive and corporate officer who possesses outstanding leadership skills and expertise in business transformation. He is uniquely skilled at customizing human capital strategies in line with business needs resulting in increased revenues and profits while reducing costs. He has successfully functioned as an integral partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership on overall business strategy, vision, mission, organizational design and culture to deliver long-term stakeholder value.

Allan has significant experience as a human resources professional. Prior to starting his own company, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Investments Group and corporate areas of New York Life, the largest mutual life-insurance company in the United States, and one of the largest life insurers in the world. Before joining New York Life, he held a number of senior level human resource roles at ADP, the world’s largest provider of human capital solutions and a leader in business outsourcing services. Earlier in his career, he held various human resources positions at Macy’s.
